Proxies can be much cheaper than purchasing actual cards

The Decree is a powerful eight-drop sweeper, and that'll be cheaper to cast with the Coffers/Urborg combo

Its a two-mana Aura that grants Shroud to the creature its attached to, and it can come down at instant speed thanks to Flash
