While one of the issues with Magic: The Gathering 's Spider-Man set is that it's relatively small for a full-fledged Standard release, with fans of the web-slinger lamenting that these cards don't go deep enough in the IP, it does have some heavy hitters that could change the meta of various formats
(9/24/2021) If you copy a permanent spell cast this way (perhaps with a card like Double Major), the copy becomes a token that's a copy of the card's back face, even though it isn't itself a double-faced card
The only one that's not pointless is the Omniscience copy that has the Guilty Conscience on it, where damage dealt will turn into damage incoming, which turns into one final resource: a glut of +1/+1 counters from Rite of Passage that outstrips the numbers of anything else we have
