Given the lofty targets, this card has found a home in Commander much easier than it did in Standard, which is also evident based on the price being sub-$40, but considering this is only a showcase foil, that value is very strong

Capricious Sliver While they can't be beaten for speed and density of MTG keywords, if there's one thing Slivers aren't too great at, it's card draw

Despite being a Planeschase card, its actually just a straight up combo piece with Underworld Breach if you have enough cards in your hand

So many people have spent time trying to convince me that this card is bad, or at least worse than Counterspell, and it certainly isnt either of those

I suppose spirits make good use of it, and the incremental graveyard hates not too shabby either
