Note that the target player searches their library (which may be affected by effects such as that of Stranglehold) and that the card they find is revealed, even though these words aren't included in the ability's reminder text

You won't get +1/+1 counters, even if you sacrifice a creature

You might even get more than one wizard from time to time, and thats bound to feel great

That isnt a flashy gameplan, but it does sound very appealing to me for casual Commander
