Even in this set, it's going to be very difficult to get enough legendaries to go off with this, and in the meantime you have a land that is actively bad for your mana base
That being said, this particular Venusaur ex doesnt look particularly overpowered, needing four grass energy to deal just 240 damage

It also pairs well with Gisa and Geralf in particular, as it lets you re-cast your expensive Zombie creatures for free so they always stick around in the game
