People grading modern including my brother are experiencing odd bum grades in amongst their 9s and mostly 10s to keep the overall percentages from being even higher

For graded cards, photograph the full slab with the PSA, BGS, or CGC label readable - the grade on that label drives the valuation more than any visual guess

While that might seem pretty cool at first, now that there are no rules around what cards can and cant be played (other than the ban list), you now suddenly have thousands and thousands of cards you have to somehow choose from in order to figure out what deck/combo you want to use against your opponent

But paying 5 to get double ETBs on everything is wacky
