Its definitely nice to see a planeswalker at this cost that feels extremely useful for certain decks without feeling like its going to warp entire formats

Conscripts primarily sees play as a staple in Cube Drafts where its a great card on its own, but also a combo card with Splinter Twin

Loxi: Neat, but seems a little slow/telegraphed

Everyone Ive talked to whos played the card has reported great results, so I actually think its underplayed as a maindeck card at this point, and my next focus in Modern is finding decks that can take advantage of it

If you have ways to move the counters back you have more opportunities to double counters and in certain decks this can get out of hand
