I think this makes Kitsa a potential commander for a deck built around Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal, especially because you dont need both pieces to do the combo

Now, for the sake of discussion let's talk about two-mana ramp and three-mana ramp, but please understand when I have access to Rampant Growths and Cultivates I will use them over mana rocks barring some really specific reason (like my deck cares about Artifacts)

Further to this there is a "hidden" restriction on not being able to kill colourless creatures
