My verdict: The Sapphire & Steel Ursulas Return Deck is best for players who enjoy villain-inspired control strategies and want a deck that dominates through power and patience
The individual cards in midrange decks tend to be extremely strong in isolation, but have little in common with one another
Characterized by a flaky texture reminiscent of film grain, foil-etched cards appear coarse but are smooth to the touch
While they all have unique abilities, when you consider that we have cards like Teferi, Hero of Dominaria and Chandra, Torch of Defiance in Historic, most of the new Jumpstart: Historic Horizons planeswalkers just do too little and cost too much to take them seriously as competitive cards (although I am excited to build a Davriel, Soul Broker deck, mostly because I'm still not exactly sure what the card does)
