The problem is that tokens and basic lands show up in every single pack, which means their supply and prices will be heavily dictated by just how much Unstable sells overall, which in turn means any discussion of Un-set finance is built on the foundation of total demand for the product and set sales
Since it was its own sheet, if you got a rare or mythic rare double-faced card, you'd also get a rare or mythic rare single-faced card in the booster
As one might expect, there are a lot of Mice, Rats, and Squirrels in Bloomburrow (although only a single Hamster, and it's confusingly called a gerbil)
