Since the deck is heavily focused on Equipment, most of the creatures and artifacts are ways to support Equipment or are Equipment themselves
All in all, as cool as the design for this card is, I would not expect it to be incredibly popular

Elite Spellbinder 3/1 flying is already a fast clock, but the most annoying part of dealing with Elite Spellbinder is that it makes you pay more on a given card, so its a nice disruptive element for aggro decks
