Its not hard to sacrifice permanents in Orzhov, and its probably a good job that this is only limited to your own turn, as an anthem version of Meren would be bonkers good if it triggered each time a creature died

That works really well with some strategies, although Pawpsicle Control certainly wont be running Nick Wilde anymore if they choose to go this route
