To me, it's a less interesting Tempt with Reflections (talking strictly in a FFA game), and any way I look at it this sorcery seems overcosted: Cackling Counterpart and Fated Infatuation are instant speed token makers for 3 cmc, and if we upgrade them to Zndrsplt's Judgment I don't see it being worth it as a 5 mana sorcery

It is weighted heavily towards two and three-cost so that you can play multiple cards each turn and have more opportunities to build your board while bouncing other cards back to your hand
