Definitely prioritize anything that can commit a crime much higher if you do have this card
This has more printings than most cards in the Mystery Booster set and if we could graph the trend in adoption on EDHREC as a function of time, Id imagine its declining a bit, but until something comes out to replace this, it will reign supreme
I understand the suggestion fromm KongMing as a strong one but I don't think it works the way he intended it Temporal Distortion does put counters on their lands but it removes ALL of them not just one so even if you proliferate it doesn't keep the lands tapped down longer unless you destroy your own enchantment
Unlike some other archetypes, discard decks can freely combine any of these sub-themes and the cards will almost always synergize, allowing for very powerful combinations and plenty of choice about the specific direction you take your list

Lands (24) Spells (36) This deck requires some tuning, as this endgame is just so warped, but also so slow, that its not obvious how much we even need to play to make it better compared to just making sure we live that long
