The card is very aptly named: there's a lot of potential here for counter-based decks.

It can be really frustrating when you get a quick start, and nearly take out an opponent, but then you just cant do those last few bits of direct damage

Combine this with goblin tokens and a card like Rundvelt Hordemaster, and you can cast a good chunk of your deck

10) Provoke ( Legions ) I think this mechanic has what it takes to show up more frequently than a block mechanic

It gets even stronger in decks that have blue or white in their color identity, as you can blink Dockside Extortionist to and from the battlefield to create an absurd amount of value
