Sapphire has good early-game ramp ( Ramp: ways to add extra ink per turn ), but needed something to keep them around until the late-game in order to win
The art is beautiful (SERIOUSLY), the atmosphere is rich, and the cards are fantastic
It can serve as a tempo play when you are trying to set up your gameplan against aggro, and against a slower deck or just any game where you have time, you can use it to bounce Merfolk Secretkeeper to your hand, essentially drawing an extra copy of Venture Deeper
Certainly, though, it seems that many decks after Into the Inklands could have the potential to be entirely location focused, much in the same way many decks currently are also item focused
Even beyond the ink-blocking strategy, Daisy is a wonderful character to have in play
The Locust God The Locust God used to be one of the strongest commanders
