Im not sure how much this reprint will do for its price tag, though

Izzet Charm is an honest card that fits well into a lot of Cubes and would be near the top of an expanded list for me, but its a lot worse than Expressive Iteration at actually getting players to draft Izzet

If you control ten or more treasures at the beginning of your upkeep while you have Revel in Riches out, you win the game

The only reason hes not higher on the list is because hes so balanced (not the best strength, not Evasive all the time, only gets one Lore point)

Its definitely not cEDH, and I avoided generically good cards that dont synergize with Arabella, Abandoned Doll in one way or another Drannith Magistrate was avoided for this reason
