Basically, while the actual milling effect of Compelling Argument isn't good, it's a fine card thanks to the ability to turn it into a more useful card for just one mana, while also giving us some late-game upside of milling our opponent when they are almost out of cards

You should be able to exile their entire library pretty quickly

Some spells I like for this approach are Eidolon of Rhetoric, Ethersworn Canonist, and Rule of Law

Plus we can still deal with anything our opponent throws at us thanks to Dragon Fire and Maui - Hero to All
