I am sure if the pikachu(s) will be printed in S-Chinese it will be with new art but we cant say yet if they will be included in this set, a future set or perhaps as promos or somewhere else (or even not at all)
Another perfect example of this is Isshin, Two Heavens As One, which reads: "If a creature attacking causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time." This is an incredible ability to have on a commander - and building a Commander deck around it is sure to be a blast - but in a Standard set it just feels off
Some of the top performing decks have changed tech cards, have had variations in strategy, or have shifted their metagame positioning, but its more or less a similar meta to what it has been
On the flip side, if you manage to protect Kaervek and force your opponents to play through it, the game will end fast due to the high damage output
If you spread your attacks out across all three opponents, you can Goad three creatures a turn with no real resource investment
But why exactly was it banned
