The Pokemon trading card game was originally released in 1996 in Japan
At roughly a dollar it gives all your Rats toxic, makes early Rats cheaper, and lets you dig several cards deep for more Rats when it enters
The only stand-out about it is that its lifegain ability probably has the slightest bit more use in a white deck, so it gets to outrank the Farmer by the slimmest margin
That said, beginning with the Scarlet & Violet expansion, all Rares will now have a holographic finish, effectively phasing out the necessity for the Holofoil Rare category for Scarlet & Violet cards and onwards
However, the understanding is that these cards are not authentic from the get-go
It has a lot of customizability since its meant to literally be a casual deck of your favorite cards
