Condemn is another Path to Exile substitute and is actually pretty reasonable because most of the best threats in the format need to attack to be effective, although it's lacking if our opponent plays something like an Eidolon of the Great Revel and just lets it sit on the battlefield
I rarely play storm or decks where proliferating matters, but I can absolutely imagine this card putting in a lot of work for someone that is used to playing both of those and causing an absolutely overwhelming amount of value at instant speed
It has an end step trigger that costs a discarded card to create a Treasure and seek another card, depending on your choice of ambitious or expedient
The goal is to play creatures that do something when we draw our second card for the turn and then draw a bunch of cards to trigger our creatures, hopefully overwhelming our opponent with grindy card-draw value
Theyre a nice addition to the free stuff you already get and seems to be WotCs replacement for dusting
Throw down some mana rocks that tap for multiple mana and it's an explosive ritual
