Preventing your Monsters from being affected by Monster effects makes this card plenty impressive on its own, but Flawless Perfection of the Tenyi also discourages your opponent from Special Summoning Monsters, by allowing you to draw two cards if they do so outside of the Damage Step
It's a very powerful mechanic when paired with fetch lands like Fabled Passage and Terramorphic Expanse which see at least two lands hit the battlefield in a turn
