Cards that have older (or no) regulation marks but have been reprinted with current regulation marks are legal for the Standard format

You can alleviate that risk by equipping Lightning Greaves first or having extra mana and a Counterspell in hand but that's a lot of work and a lot of mana for a pretty mediocre flipped planeswalker side
