Apparently whatever the luck of the RNG gods says it does
This card lacks the power of Bane of Progress as it doesnt actually answer the threats your opponents have played and hopes that the best kind of removal is player removal
Thats just my opinion though, and I know players have a different range of opinions based on their own expectations and experiences
When your opponent does play a powerful creature, use a removal or counter spell to get it into their graveyard and boom, pay a paltry amount of mana and that puppy rises again, but this time on your side as an unholy abomination of itself
#2: Swords to Plowshares Like Lightning Bolt, some cards can end up near the top of the list by doing that which you want most, but far more efficiently than any other card in the game
Much of this is down to the imbalance of the early stuff making only the top quality fair things viable for cube use
