Unfortunately, the Blissey from Neo Revelation is known to often contain at least one print line on the holofoil, so while a Mint 9 grade can be achieved, sadly a gem mint 10 is no longer on the table

Because it is the only perfect PSA 10 Pikachu Illustrator in existence
I think the illustration captures the characteristics of Pokmon well
This refers to revealing the top cards of your deck (however many specified by the effect) to all players, adding a specified number to your hand, and then putting the rest somewhere else, usually back into your deck
