Its a silly combination of abilities that makes this version of Urza sickening to sit against, but a wonderful card to have on your side

Furthermore, Trainer cards which say something like Search your deck for a Pokmon-ex card arent applicable to Pokmon- EX (or any other special Pokmon type for that matter), so this also creates a temporal limit to the usefulness of those cards
