Adding other aristocrat staples like Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Blood Artist can drain your opponents life totals more expeditiously as more of your creatures die through sacrifice outlets and during combat
This goes to show why I dont work in game design, but also how much more powerful Modern has become over the years
