The +1 can untap things like Elvish Archdruid to make absurd amounts of mana as early as Turn 3 (while also growing a threat in your hand, which you can save up to play post-wrath to rebuild, helping to solve one of Historic Elves' biggest issues)
This card is a reference to the Sabacc game where Han Solo won the Millenium Falcon from Lando, and I think it does a good job capturing the spirit of a high stakes card game
