This is generic great value, especially in Limited, and the in the mana cost lets this thing really shine in Commander

I hope 2023 will be as varied as its predecessor

Misleading Signpost A mana rock version of Portal Mage, this card can easily slot into any deck that plays Blue and be excellent against anything other than a token swarm (and even then it might make all the difference)
