One of its major weaknesses is that spells may only be countered once, and that once is when they're cast, so you've got to have the mana, or you may just end up getting beaten by the one card that you didn't counter if you can't dig for your Sphinx fast enough, (though the Into the Roils do provide a countermeasure to this)
Psychosis results in each opponent discarding two cards while sickness gives all creatures your opponents control -2/-2 till the end of the turn
Bayou Groff is probably more of a 5-drop than a 2-drop here, so my curve is a tiny bit higher than it looks, too
While it is an extraordinarily rare card, if you're considering spending the inheritance money from your oil baron uncle on this No.3 Trainer Pikachu, I suggest holding your horses (or your Ponyta, whichever you prefer)
