While commanders like Drizzt Do'Urden, Gavi, Nest Warden, Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second, Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse, and Lord Windgrace give you tokens that are Cats (or Cat Warriors), theyre usually asking you to build around other strategies, not cats as a theme
So if it doesn't play well, you can edit and adjust it between games until it does
Your life total is very much a resource, but without the proper tools to support Cecil, it might be too much a liability
If Angel's Tomb is already a creature when a creature enters under your control, you may choose to have its ability override any effects that set its base power and toughness to specific values, but other changes to its power and toughness (such as the one created by Titanic Growth) will still apply
If you do cast the card, it's put into its owner's graveyard as normal once it resolves
