If its heads, you can counter a target Instant or Sorcery, and if its tails, then you can copy it and choose new targets
Standard has been good in 2022, particularly since the bans to Alrunds Epiphany and Divide by Zero
I would expect that on turn 2, you want to play it out, but on most other turns (especially if you have another creature on board), you want to use the pseudo haste and plot it
If consistency or winning are your primary goals, playing as many efficient tutors as you can fit in your deck is generally good advice
If the bounce spell says target creature like Unsummon, then hexproof protects it because your opponent cant choose that creature as a target
