You get access to tutors, removal, and graveyard recursion that mono-green Elf decks lack
Return target creature to its owner's hand
But getting a creature directly into play while triggering cards like Fecundity and Blood Artist sounds pretty decent, and three tokens is a lot of sacrifice fodder, so I see it having a place in the right casual brew
It may be difficult to wrap your head around, but it's pretty hilarious thinking about a rules lawyer arguing over this card's semantics like a theologian writing an exegesis on the book of Job
I could see this more as a role-player in the 99, allowing you to finish off opponents on the turn you plan to go off without fear of interaction
