In commander, I think this could be decent in any stompy/ramp deck looking to get a lot of power and toughness for a relatively small amount of mana

Although it might be hard to use its five-color ability, Final Fantasy XIV 's Wandering Minstrel can still be useful in a green-blue deck for its static Town payoff
Outside of these environments, Urza can still be quite good, as he generates 2 bodies for 4 mana, provides a mana sink with a powerful payoff when needed, and can even turn things like Equipment and Sapphire Medallions into tools to race ahead of your opponents while still employing their inherent value
Leaving that aside, if youre playing artifact untappers for your Shorikai, Genesis Engine deck or whatnot, this is big game
