The important thing, as always, is to remain flexible in your assessments and to position yourself to learn as fast as possible, but learn soft and fast, not hard and fast keep your positions flexible, as even once youve learned something you may find that your understanding was incomplete and you may still need to unlearn it again and learn something else.
The biggest issue I see is that there isnt a slam-dunk Background for him that you can reasonably expect to see often, so youre really just taking something that isnt blue
