Flavor text was being added to cards by the creative team, but one card, Ray of Command, had them stumped

Six mana is a lot for a wrath, but Farewell pulls a lot of weight

It's also got the first appearance of characters from Gargoyles, which is rather a surprise

Kessig Cagebreakers, Custodi Soulbinders, and Curse of Clinging Webs all make a bunch of tokens too, and Hour of Reckoning plays as a wrath that takes down all nontoken creatures

It was included as part of a special Pokmon CD set, making it less accessible than regular booster cards
