I find that cards like this tend to perform better in constructed, where you can have a really sweet manabase, than in cube, where as an aggro deck you have to cobble together a bunch of mismatched duals and pray it all works

You will typically draw two cards with it or return something from your graveyard, and doing that every turn is pretty potent

Its biggest upside is its ability to turn any land into a Swamp, giving your Swampwalk creatures some play against nonblack decks
