Even though Force of Will is a stronger card than Counterspell, I dont think it is out of the question to reprint it in a Standard-legal set someday

An MTG green counterspell is pretty hard to come by

As long as cards with venture into the dungeon are legal in Commander, dungeon cards will also be legal by proxy
