You could easily trade your one- and two-drop in Limited and then win the game with this massive card advantage and tempo swing on turn three
However, if you emphasize the handful of creatures you have of size, such as Oona and Meloku and such, you can probably get away with it

Now, that having been said, I doubt it'll take 9-12 years to complete like it did with Magic Online
For this example we're using Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice, a monowhite commander who wins by stacking up a pile of buffs and then inflicting commander damage (a Voltron build)
It does incentivize creative deckbuilding, insofar as 'jam powerful cards with different types' is creative
