Dropping the price tag of a deck doesn't automatically drop your power level but it's a good place to start if you're looking to go towards lower-powered play
The PSA 10 is already worth 4 to 5 times more, showing the potential if the market tightens
So youd draft Khans + Fate , but when Dragons released, you just drafted the latter two sets instead, no Khans involved
It doesn't copy whether that creature is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or any Auras and Equipment attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, or so on
