Go to the Missions page and select the section labeled ex Starter Deck. You need to complete the mission that gets you the Deck Ticket (Event) item: Use pack stamina to open 5 booster packs. Open five packs with stamina and return to the ex Starter Deck mission page, then complete the mission to get your Deck Ticket
Filling the deck with big beaters or crazy Eldrazi and casting them for free by discarding a card makes this deck seem incredibly powerful
The first is a two-drop 1/1 that taps for mana equal to the Elf count
They also rescue their fellow characters, as they can return cards from your discard pile to your hand when a different card is inked
