I'm not sure if a few copies of this card are enough to win a game, but it might be if you also have Space-Time Anomaly or Restless Reef in your deck
Commons cards are black and uncommon cards are silver
I think ultimately it comes down to a personal choice and an understanding of how well you can deal with that kind of experience
