It reminds me of Laelia, the Blade Reforged, but unlike Laelia, Liara doesnt need to attack to trigger its abilities

Her +2 gives every opponent an emblem that damages them on their upkeeps (triggering Valgavoth), and since she cant be countered, theres very little opponents can do to avoid being stuck with that emblem all game

Some appear as characters on foot, such as the Amber Ink type Vanellope Von Schweetz, on the left in the above image, and some as racers in their Sugar Rush karts, such as the Ruby type Vanellope, above right
