MDFCs are mainly more complex split cards that only let you cast one side at a time
Most cards that try to push you in this direction really arent worth it (Im looking at you, Blanchwood Armor), but Consuming Corruption is a rare example of a card that gets there
It did very well at FNMs back in the glory days of Scars/Innistrad, and is preserved here the way it was for posterity
