Very very powerful in fact, quite possibly outclassing things like Skullclamp in a deck like this

A Cracking Commander While theres no guarantee Emet-Selch, Unsundered makes it competitively, its bound to make some waves in Commander

The deck would have to run a lot of tokens to make use of Soundwave, Sonic Spys 2nd ability, that lets you cast Instant or Sorceries in the opponents Graveyard for free

The set is set for a street date of February 10, 2023, but with the pre-release already over (on February 3, 2023), many of the cards are already out there

Considering there have been exactly zero of those types of decks seeing play so far, and none of the cards from this set are really pushing the archetype, I'm not seeing that happening any time soon
