This means that Commander Masters (CMM) has pretty big shoes to fill because expectations were even higher than normal
They debuted in Dominaria in 2018, and each of those theme boosters had cards of a specific color theme
The exact reason for this isn't 100% clear, but my theory is that when a card like Solemn Simulacrum, Sol Ring, or Cyclonic Rift gets reprinted, the very act of reprinting increases the demand for the card (apparently enough to outweigh the increase in supply)
