Both Clear World and Clear Wall need to be up, alongside a level 7+ Clear monster, meaning there are far too many hoops to jump through to get the effect online
Lightning Greaves, Shuko, and Umbral Mantle don't have the more flashy effects (sans Lightning Greaves), but you play them because they can equip to a creature for no mana
But if you Cascade into a card that has the option to counter a spell or have a different effect, such as Cryptic Command, then youre not getting screwed out of the advantage that Cascade provides by getting stuck with a card that you can't play (unless you want to counter your own spell)
