Queen Marchesa I have to admit to a certain degree of bias towards this card since Marchesa was the inspiration for one of my favorite EDH decks

This one wouldn't have quite the reach and power of the other ones, but what it excelled in was getting players excited at the possibilities for what else could be waiting in the wings

Engulf is similar to plenty of effects weve seen before (though more often on white cards than black ones), allowing you to exile an opposing noon-Ooze creature when Gelatinous Cube enters the battlefield, but giving it back when your Cube eventually leaves

It's not flashy, but in the right matchup, it clears the board or picks off threats piece by piece

It was one of my favorite sets ever, but the creature type I was most impressed with in Bloomburrow wasn't even slightly furry
