Thalia is a very good blocker, and if you put a counter on it it becomes a good attacker too, but I might keep zero in the deck post-board if they dont play Emperor in their deck since at that point the ability might handicap me too much
But the card is no joke, with a reasonable chance of hitting its ultimate in a cheap cantrip-style deck, putting storm back on the menu
