It's all centered around loading up your permanents with charge counters, which breathed new life into a lot of classic cards from back in the early days of Commander
Id mostly consider it an equipment commander, as its a poor choice for a straightforward goblin theme

Your typical line of play begins with Ambers supportive characters, like Pongo Determined Father, who helps fetch more allies from your deck, ensuring consistent development
I also just totally underrated casting a spell from your graveyard and still having a planeswalker around that threatens to do it again
Oust, Life/Death, Eternal Witness, Damn and Flame Slash certainly have their uses, as well, but a few odd cards seem to be included in this Anthology series
